Default Sword Modding

Is it possible to make any gold sword into a +5 energy 20% longer enchants sword? I'm fairly sure you can add a 20% longer enchants mod to any sword (tell me if I'm wrong on this ) but I wasn't sure if the +5 energy is a mod or if it's something the sword just has to have when it drops. The reason I'm asking this is that I'd like to buy a fairly "bad" (high req, undesired mods etc.) gold sword with a nice skin (gothic or shinobi blade or something) and make it into a caster weapon such as the Totem Axe or Rajazan's Fervor for my monk (if it's possible at all).

Thanks.

Instead of damage bonuses like 15^50, the sword has a +5 energy bonus.

According to common knowledge, there is no Sword Hilt with a +5 energy attribute. You can find a list of sword hilts on the GuildWiki page.

Only 20% ench is a mod and therefore if oyu want such a caster sword/axe you'll need to find/buy one with the +5 energy mod
