Default UltraViolet in GuildWars

I logged into GW and started listening to the new login music. It struck me as really familiar (well, parts of it did). I'm a big fan of the DirectSong stuff (bought all the packs), but (assuming Jeremy Soule did this song) it appears that he was at least somewhat 'inspired' by the music in the movie UltraViolet.

I had just watched that movie again recently so it was easy for me to recognize. There are a few refrains in there that sound almost identical to some of the music in the movie. Has anyone else that has watched the movie recently noticed this? I can't remember the exact parts except for the drive up to the Arch-Ministry. I believe it played it.

If you have seen the movie recently, you'll probably know which parts of the opening I'm talking about. If you haven't seen the movie, there's not much use in responding :-) It's quite possible that both renditions come from some other, older source.

Some sounds (samples) in GW are found in both GW and Neverwinter Nights as well, I've noticed that several times.

Of course, I might note that the music is quite motivating in the scenes that it is attached to in UltraViolet so I look forward to hearing it in-game :-)

family was visiting :-) I still like it though.. I referred to it as the female version of Chuck Norris' Invasion USA... pure unadulterated action...

EDIT: yes yes.. I also have Invasion USA....

Lets just say Ultraviolet is pleasing to the eye, but that's pretty much it, LOL!

The visuals were good, but the movie was horrible.
