What is that and what can i do with it.
Is it rare or its for a quest???

The Stolen Sunspear Armour? You use it to upgrade your Heroes armour to a new look. That one piece will upgrade one hero's entire armour set to the hero 'Elite Sunspear' look.

You can only use it on these heroes though :-

Koss
Acolyte Jin
Dunkoro
Acolyte Sousuke
Melonni

You get that armor from doing the challenge mission in Dajkah Inlet. You can find the Hero armor upgrade NPC there. You can also get hero armor upgrades at Remains of Sahlahia.

Let me get this straight - Stolen Sunspear armour upgrades the heros WHOLE outfit?

I thought 1 piece upgraded 1 piece, for example, the chest. So you'd need 4 or 5 per hero...

Can someone confirm this?

Edit - Just checked Wiki, and it says its correct :P

For questions about specific items, your best bet is usually the Explorers' League which is devoted to the specific campaign you are playing, as there is a thread in the Elonian Explorers' League about this.
