In http://www.guildwars.com/ there is a countdown to the big finale, and right now, its 12 dayes and 22 hours, which is less than 13 dayes (the whole event is 13 dayes) which means, the even was sopose to start.
than why i cant see any decorations or anything in kamadan\LA\tombs\droks?
and if it didnt start, in what GMT time will is start?

Whatever timezone you are in, it hasn't started in that timezone.

In short it hasn't started yet....

Just wait and it will be implemented soon.

Besides A.net has proven before, if a patch is delayed, they just let the event run longer.

It starts on the 20th, I assume the countdown is to the _end_ of the event, not the start...

the countdown says to Event Finale

its a bit wierd showing that when it hasnt even started yet, it threw me first too.

doesnt the countdown show the time untill the "finale", which would mean the countdown, counts down to the begining of the last day?

yes, but if it says that the klast day is in 12 dayes from now, and the whole event is 13 dayes, than it was sopose to start.
