Okim using the build to get the necro staff in factions for my hero Koss.
he has a sword that is 15^50 +30hp and 20/20 enchanting.
What is the upgrade or inscription to help his energy go up faster cuz he uses mending and it drains real fast.

Increasing the maximum energy won't help a bit; you need to increase the regen. Zealous won't help much either because you only gain net energy if you hit foes at a high rate, while idle you'll lose another +1 energy regen. There is no weapon upgrade available that increases your regen rate.

The solution is simple: Don't use Mending. It has a lousy energy efficiency. Especially for a warrior, who has notoriously low energy pool and regen rate, this is a no-no. No offense, but actually using Mending with a W/Mo's is widely considered the prime give-away that you're a "newbie".

As a warrior, adrenaline is half your energy. Mix your skills so that you use both. Also, some skills of your secondary profession may help with energy management.

even if you do wish to continue using mending or somesuch...i would suggest using the [skill]Watchful Spirit[/skill] its has 1 less hp regen but doesn't cost any attribute points in order to work like mending does...if you are using Koss as a tank....then get a good tanking build and use that.....once you get involved with any strip enchantment enemies....[skill]Mending[/skill] and WS is over with...

There's no such thing as equipment that recharges your energy faster, apart from zealous, and perhaps 20% recharge on an energy management spell.
