Sigil to get a guild hall.
Roughly 25-32k now.

Each items in GH is priced between 20k - 100k.
You will only start with a Priest if i am not mistaken.

Services are;

Weaponsmith: 10k (customizes weapons and you can sell stuff to him)
Priest of Balthazar: 10k
Merchant: 25k
Rune Trader: 25k
Dye Trader 50k
Scroll Trader: 100k
Skill Trader: 100k (only teaches Core skills that you've unlocked on your account; no Signet of Capture)
Common Material Trader: 100k
Rare Material Trader: 100k

This is from memory, I might've missed/miss-priced something.

Slight correct, the skill trainer definately has a signet of capture.

For serious? I have this vivid memory of once needing to get a Signet of Capture, and returning to my (current at the time) Guild Hall to get one only to find the Trainer did not have it.

Well, that's a definite bonus.

You don't start with a Priest of Balthazar either, all you get are the AB guy, faction transfer guy, your Guild Lord (where you buy the other services for your guild hall), and Tolkano the ATS guy.

Actually, you don't even start with the AB guy until your guild leader pledges you to either the Kurzicks or the Luxons.
