Sealed Deck question - Guild Wars Forums

Hi ive been all over the net lookin for info on a sealed deck generator , ive already seen the Servants of Fortuna generator but it only covers faction and proph skills [ core of course too] and was wonderin if there was another one thats updated to current skill list ? [ NF skills included] I particularly like the idea and am thinkin of runnin some interalliance / guild tournys using the seald decks as i hear its a good way for newbies and veterans to learn about skills and such and keeps the playing field a lil more level between the two. So can anyone plz point me in the right direction.

also another quick question ... where do i find the download or program or w/e it is that allows u to mouse over and it gives u the skills descriptions?
