gonna go an elementalist and just wondering if like say i go 1 tree of magic can i change that around later on and go another? also can u change where you put your skill points?

You can move your attribute points around whenever you are in a town, so you can easily switch between air, earth, fire and water or whatever you feel like.

Skill points are permanently spent when you purchase a skill.

Once you pick a primary profession, you can't change it. You can always make a new one tho.

one more thing actually does it make a difference in pvp character and roleplaying? when your making your character at the start.

A PvP character can only be used in PvP games. A Roleplaying character can be used in the campaign world, and can ply PvP as well.

If you come from WoW, I think its best to go for PvE, since WoW is mainly focused on PvE aswell, you can always make multiple chars anyway so, give them both a go actually ^^

Learn the basics of the game in PvE first so you don't get shouted at in PvP.
