You will only increase your base energy, as a Warrior, with outside sources: Radiant Insignias, Runes of Attunement, +5 energy martial weapons, staves or foci and certain titles.

However, seeing as you are a Warrior, you shouldn't be relying on a large energy pool (with the exception of some farming builds). Your base energy is to do with your Primary profession, not your Secondary. Secondaries are for certain skills (Arcane Echo or hard ress) truthfully.

Energy level doesn't change with level. It can only be adjusted by external means, such as weapon or armor mods, or through putting attribute points into Energy Storage if you're an Elementalist primary.

Energy will not get over 20 without the aide of mods.

Like other people already said.. if you want to raise your energy, you will have to use radiant insignias, rune of attutement or a +5 energy weapon.

A better tactic then just raising your energy will be to learn to use your energy wisely (and make sure to use some adrenaline based skills that don't cost energy to save energy).

energy levels stays the same no matter how much you level.... warriors have major restriction in energy... as most of their skills are adrenaline based.

gl in learning GW there is a steep but worth it curve.

Steep learning curve in GW? LOL!!

Even as a warrior you shouldn't have any energy problems. You really shouldn't be using monk skills.
