Default Asian letter/Weird symbols

Ive been wondering about this, how do people make their names in the asian characters? also what about guild names and tags, i just saw a screen shot in the ranger ss thread and saw a weird symbpls for the tag. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10120903 post number 15.
P.S- its not copy and pasting cause ive tried that.

GW supports a subset of Unicode. You can copy-paste some symbols from another application to the chat line.

Let's see if this works here. Typing 266a and Alt-X in Wordpad produces the Unicode symbol ♪ which you can add to your normal chat to 'sing'. Have fun trying other codes for nifty symbols

There are restrictions to character and guild names, though, and you must have a Chinese/Korean/Japanese account for respective names.
