well should i continue my ranger he is lvl 7 and his 2nd profession is memer or make a necromancer or a monk?

Lots of people love the ranger and will say keep it. I don't like the ranger profession very much and will probably never make one. If you like playing the profession then continue playing it. That's the bottom line.

Keep your Ranger. AND make a Monk, ele, warrior, mesmer, or necro. You've got 4charaacter slots, don't be afraid to use 'em!

IMO you should make a monk instead, not only do people almost always need healers of some sort, you can also farm both UW and FoW, do mqsc(among other things). While rangers don't really do that much.

Make another one if you want, you don't have to delete the ranger yet. Try out warrior, or elementalist, or monk, or - really, whatever you want. If, after playing them, you realise that ranger isn't your thing, go ahead and delete it. If you realise you still enjoy playing ranger the most, then keep it!

If you keep coming up with questions, it means you don't know enough. I'd suggest you look at the ALL the skills for Ranger, Mesmer, Necromancer, and Monk, at the wiki. Which do you think are the best? As a primary you should be using skills of that profession most of the time since you have access to over 12 with runes. Also take in the primary attribute.

You play what you enjoy thats the main part

Look and ..Read up on it then you will have a better idea of what you want...you are trying to rush through parts were in fact you should be playing them to...Learn

Siim, I have five Ranger (three male, two female) characters spread across two accounts. They are my favorite class to play. Also, I choose the Beast Master path for my rangers, and before Zaishen Manegerie came about, would Dire every pet I ever charmed.

I also read one of your other posts here where you indicated you were loosing interest (or something of that nature). If you would look me up in-game, you can add either (or both) of these names to your Friend List (type N) to locate me: Masatsura Kusunoki, or Kusunoki Masatsura. Both names exist and one for each account. I will be glad to assist or show you the ropes.
