How do I go about reporting a scammer?

I was buying a run off a guy to Droks. I was in a group with about 4-5 other people. He attempted it twice and couldn't do it so he rezoned and told us to hold on. I pretty much knew that he wasn't coming back.

I pmed him about it and he basically admitted to scamming because he wanted money for armor.

I've taken several screenshots pre/post incident that I would just love to send in.

Ingame: you need to be in the same district and type /report <playername>.

Otherwise: contact support with any info and the screenshots you made, they will take action.

Screenshots, which is what you did, works MUCH better than report because someone at ANet will email you back and let you know if his/her account been suspended.

Open a Customer Support ticket at GW's website and enter and upload the picture of him admitting to ripping all of you off.

Click web support. Now I hope you taken a screenshot. Fill out the page with good details (when it happened, district, city, etc.), and send it to NCSOFT.

I get tons of people suspended this way.

Basically do this, its worked perfectly fine for me

If he admited this, you screened it, and you have nothing to worry about (ex. saying something back to him you'd regret) send them to anet and let them pwn him.
