if u have a external device such as a flash drive big enough just copy the .dat and .exe files and save them onto that then load them onto the other computer
save yourself alot of time and hassle :P

Do this. In fact, if youre backing up stuff before putting it on new computer...back up the GW folder too. You will never need to reinstall again when you make your .exe and dat invincible by backing them up.

To expand on that - if you copy the entire GW folder from one computer to the other, than you don't even need to "install" GW at all. After it's copied/moved, simply double-click on "gw.exe" and GW will set itself up and be good-to-go.
You can also right-click on gw.exe and select Send To >> Desktop to create a shortcut on the desktop (if there's not one already).

Your best bet is to copy the .dat onto a flash drive, if you have one at 4gb then just clean it out entirely and you'll have more than enough room to copy the .dat. This is the fastest way. If you want to do the full install then dl everything with -image, feel free. I just find the flash drive way only takes about 15 min.
