Depends what time you send it off and who you get assigned. Should be under a week though.

If you havnt gotten a reply from support yet thoug, you should get one along these lines:

Quote:
Hello,

We will need you to verify ownership before any further account assistance can be provided. Please provide the following account information:

-- What first and last name did you use when you created the account?
-- What street address did you use when you created the account?
-- What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
-- What are all the retail access keys currently registered to your Guild Wars game account? (Please include the retail access keys from each campaign.)
-- What is your Guild Wars login name?
-- What are the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used to make any Guild Wars purchases online from us? (if applicable)

Regards,
GM [Name here]
The Guild Wars Support Team
This pretty standard so be sure you have as many of those details ready as possible.

the support is filled with incompetent people - i will say the repsonse time is between 1-2 weeks if you ever get any reply - Dont play GW if you need help or if you have any complaints - cuz you cant expect any feedback you will get an auto reply - anet support is a mail bot spitting out standard replys

I disagree entirely with cosmic correction.

If you give support all the information needed (I would update your report with the information Mr G suggested just to speed things up) then they get back to you rather quickly.

Sadly, at this time support is inundated with requests by all the crying botters about "WAAAAHHHHH MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED I ONLY BOTTED FOR TWO WEEKS!!!!" and it might take a little longer than usual.

My turn around for all requests I have ever done has been at most 72 hours. The only exception being when they receive my request on a weekend (They do not work during the weekends most of the time)

So since it is Friday, you will probably receive a response on Monday.

I have never had any problems with support. Being in the UK I'm used to waiting a certain period of time simply out of time differences.

While NCsoft support havn't been the fastest, they're far from slow.

At the moment however they are seriously flooded with the whole ban situation. I've had a good back and forth with support and they've pretty much solved everything I've sent to them.

The impression I got was that:
-when support receives a ticket, they start a review of the issue (IE, what's going on, have we seen this before, etc).
-if it looks like a common issue, they will send out a pre-written "suggestion" mail, essentially, "we're still reading your ticket, but maybe try this:"
-in a day or two, you should be getting real people responses

Remember that weekends mean fewer people are available to process tickets and that at this time, support is quite swamped.

Also remember that sometimes things get complicated. For example, you lose your password, and you expect a fast response, but support sees that someone is playing the account and get in contact with the other guy or something. They may be active while you don't see any activity.
