Question about Prismatic Insignia (Elementalist) - Guild Wars Forums

I'm using the master of magic elite skill, wich raises all my other ele attributes to 12 (air, water, earth & fire attributes) Now i'm wondering, as prismatic insignia says it gives 5 armor if you have 9 air attribute, 5 armor if you have 9 water attribute and so on (all 4 the element attributes) do I get +20 armor of that insignia (on that armor piece) ?

Yes, but only while under the effects of Master of Magic. So make sure you can and do keep it up in battle.
