Default Drunkard

With all the wonderful gifts I've started work on my drunkard title and have thought of a couple of questions:

I know you only start emoting at level 3, but that isn't very quick to check. Is there any other way to check you are at level three? I know there are timers but I'm going through portals and stuff so I can't use them very well.

I've seen threads on "windows" where you can get drunk points. The thread on here seemed to say it doesn't work anymore, or at least not as well. So what are people's experiences with this (recently)? Are there any other ways of progressing more quickly? I'm not too bothered with just going about my normal business and using a timer, but if there was a way to progress more quickly I'd be interested.

You can 'sorta' tell based on the state of ur screen, as you 'sober up' the screen becomes clearer.

The easiest way though is to use a lvl 5 alcohol go max ur drunk state, and then use a lvl 1 every minute.

depends on what I'm doing, but sometimes I'll have my "H" window up and watch the minutes. I'll make it small enough that only the drunk title is visible.

Also, be careful about timers if you're using the 1 minute ales. It's not exactly 1 minute every time and the amount varies with each one. I used a timer and was watching the title and it changed minutes anywhere from 50-59 seconds. If you're doing this for a while, eventually, you'll lose enough minutes that you're using alcohol and not above lvl 3. Just something of which to be aware.

Back in the day, you could take a drink, zone to your guild hall, take a drink, and zone out... and get awarded a few minutes worth of drunkard in mere seconds.

They fixed it, though, I believe. QQ.

Well I did some experimenting and I seemed to be able to knock one minute off doing that, but then couldn't do anything else until I'd stopped being drunk and gone back up.

I did it the same way as Scott:

Open the H (title) window and make it as small as possible, focusing on the Drunkard title. This way you can exactly tell when to use another drink as the points go up. At the smallest, the window shouldn't be intrusive on higher resolutions.

My method was to use mostly level 5 stuff and keep my title progression in multiples of 3 up until 99, then click a single minute guy to even it out. So if the last 2 numbers of my title were a multiple of 3, then I'd know I'd burned down below level 3 and I'd use another level 5.

Buuuuut it's all preference. Unfortunately there's no way to just quick-glance and tell what level you're at.
