I've gone through the entire list and I can't figure out which consumable is indicated by the first icon on the bottom row:

Which is it (or is it from something else)?

looks like a texmod version of the hardmode symbol.

Yup, it's not a consumable. They generally come after the DP icon ;D Funny the random things you notice when you stare at your interface for long enough XD

might've been he did /age at ~5ish mins, then sent the whisper, then afked for like 5-6 mins before he took a screeny

The reputation gain is prior to the /age of 5 minutes, so that's not really important.

As has already been guessed at that is indeed the HM symbol used be the Glazed Graphite UI (which is the Mod being used).
