I haven't killed my survivor yet, but I always liked the idea of going to some quiet explorable area (I would personally use Augury Rock section before the doppelganger) and sitting down with a vampiric weapon until it's done.

This wasnt a survivor, but I still laughed when it happened: I was solofarming, a snow wurm popped up. I defeated it and afterwards died from wurm bile and poison.
This is actually how the nordic god Thor is supposed to die in Ragnarok, when the world ends, according to the myth. Battle the giant wurm, defeat it and then die from it's poison.

If I was going to do it, I'd like to finish THK then stand in one of the impact craters and get a friend to use the appropriate catapult.......

Actually it was a serpent, Jormugand (AND I DON'T CARE IF THERE IS A WURM BOSS OF THE SAME NAME, IN GAME).

You have shamed your ancestors to the point that I think this is the reason they set their wives on fire along with their boats carrying their corpses.

I just did mine in---one of those nice djinn fire bosses....yeah you know them....burned alive! (while my heroes watched too....sooo glad I bring them along sometimes).

1) Bring Mo/ and /Mo heroes.
2) Apply every bond in the game.
3) Gather aggro, muchly.
4) Flag heroes off map and watch horde of monsters plough you into the soil as bonds drop.
5) Post screenshots and / or video.

I will bring the popcorn.
