Cannot dedicate black widow pet! - Guild Wars Forums

Thanks for looking at this. I have had a black widow for at least 3 years. For some reason i cannot dedicate it in HoM. Anyone else have the same problem? Anyone know how to solve it? Thanks in advance

Usual suspects:

Check to make sure your HoM is in character-view and not Account-wide view. If you're not certain, check in with Kimmes the Historian standing by the entrance to the Hall.

If you ARE in character-view, make sure there is actually a tapestry equipped on the Fellowship monument.

Also, make certain you go in there alone or as the lead in your party if going in with other live players

The BW needs to be fully evolved as dire or hearty. If yours isn't, have the zaishen trainer spawn the right type. Sometimes the one that spawns in UW is only Elder and that might be all you have. You would then need to either farm UW for an evolved spider or have the zaishen trainer spawn an evolved L15 and then level it to 20.
