Default Some Soundtrack Questions

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out where some tracks appear in the game.
It's been a long time since I've actually played this.

At the moment, I'm wondering particularly about The Grand Cataract, Distant Battle, Theme for Varesh, and Kournan Caravan. I believe they all appear in cutscenes (Nightfall ones, of course). I'm just not sure which ones.

I'm also wondering if battle music is region based. Particularly Into the Breach & Desperate Flight.

Thanks!

Edit: I'm also looking into getting all the non-album tracks from gw.dat. I was able to find 188 tracks in my GW.dat, many of which are duplicates, and most of which appear on the OSTs. I know there's more than that in my gw.dat, but it isn't showing up in the dat browser. My GW.dat is fully up to date.
One particular track I'm looking for and not finding is the elusive Crystal Desert track. I'm able to hear it ingame, but it doesn't show up at all in the dat browser. Does anyone know what might be going on?
